Let’s GREEN up!

Event planners: How can you help “green up” your events?

One of the big trends in our branded merch space is the focus on eco-friendly, sustainable products – those made from recycled materials or made with renewable resources, such as cotton and bamboo.

Seems like almost all of Printable's event planner clients are looking for ways to make their event merch purchases a little greener.

Does that describe your m.o.?

If so, one easy area to “green up” is with your sponsors.

Many products used for sponsorship opportunities have eco-friendly cousins.

For example:

💧For water break sponsorships, don’t pitch sponsors plastic bottles of water, but rather everyone gets a water bottle made from RPET to use at the water fountain

🛍️For bag sponsorships, don’t sell sponsors laminated non-woven totes (think: Lululemon), but rather a fold-up bag made from recycled water bottles

📒For notebook sponsorships, don’t sell sponsors plastic-covered journals, but rather colorful eco-single meeting notebooks with recycled paper sheets

Sponsors want your sponsorship ideas to get in front of decision makers!

And by making the products you suggest eco-friendly, you are also being kind to the environment 😊🌍
