HR/People Managers/Entrepreneurs: does your team have fun?
 
Each year, our team votes on a theme that carries throughout the office – from meeting slides, to team outings to a traveling trophy for the quarterly Core Values Winner voted on by my teammates.
 
This year’s theme is Monkey Mischief.
 
Some past themes included: Movies, Music, Beach, Travel, Villains, Baseball, and 1993 (the year Printable incorporated).
 
The theme and its associated shenanigans (you should see the monthly company meeting slides!) add fun to our already fun industry and reinforce the culture we have all worked so hard to create.
 
We need more ideas! How do you inject a little fun into your company culture? 
 
PS Shout out to Mark Balakoohi, our office prankster who literally embodied our Monkey Mischief theme by strapping this (still to be named) inflatable monkey to a conference room chair.
