This Sunday the Baltimore Ravens will face off against the Kansas City Chiefs in the NFL AFC Championship game to see who will head to the Superbowl on February 11th.

While these two Teeny Mate miniature collectibles will not be playing in Sunday’s game, they have played a role in helping me build relationships with my clients.

You see, the Printable team is an entirely inside sales team.

Since we don’t visit clients face to face, we have to work extremely hard to foster “long-distance” relationships.

One way to do that is to listen intently to our clients to learn about their children, their travels, their birthdays, and their personal interests.

We use that information to send them small gifts throughout the year including these miniature mascots based on their favorite NFL team!

These guys are a small (but mighty!) way we build relationships with our clients.
