If the branded merch I sell to my clients ends up in a landfill or is left behind in a hotel room after an event, I have failed.

If I just become an order taker and up front don't ask about my clients:

✅ Target Audience
✅ Budget
✅ Brand “vibe”

Then face palm 🤦
