Having a fun office culture takes the work out of going to work!

Remember the “Beach Games” episode of The Office where they go to a nearby lake for some "beach games" and the winner would be named Michael’s replacement as the regional manager?

Brittany and Liz from the Printable team re-lived that episode by donning these Sumo suits when we visited "The Office Experience" where the world of the TV show comes to life.

Major laughter ensued. What a way to cap off our quarterly team-building week of company updates and best practice meetings!

When my 13-year-old son interviewed me the other day for a school project, he asked me “What gets you out of bed each morning”?

My answer was that I really and truly LOVE my job. I love the culture my teammates and I have created at Printable. Having a fun office culture takes the work out of going to work!

Here are some fun things we do around our office. Feel free to forward this to your R&D (rip-off and duplicate!) department:

⭐Our company meetings kick off with a reading of comments from happy customers
⭐We have a pet-friendly office (see the pic of my dog, Normie)
⭐Each team member nominated for exhibiting our core values gets a chance to spin a prize wheel
⭐We do in-person and virtual happy hours with fun games and activities
⭐When our out-of-town employees (like Liz and Brittany) come to our Chicago HQ, delicious lunches and dinners are not too far behind!
