And the numbers for 2022 are likely to be even bigger!

As more and more workers operate remotely, companies must continue engaging these folks.

Expressing appreciation through branded merch gift sets, cleverly-worded and packaged food gifts and various other swag (think Yeti mugs, Nike Hoodies, Moleskine journals) seems to be the job of the HR department these days.

Keeping remote employees feeling connected to the mother ship is now more important than ever.
