Support Team

When companies begin to grow, they usually focus on sales, sales, sales.

Often times, the sales grow but the organization falters because the “behind the scenes” support operations are not properly established.

I would argue that the support team behind the sales is often the REASON for a company’s success.

And they should be recognized for their efforts. Often.

At Printable we have a “traveling trophy” that changes hands each quarter.

The winner of the trophy (a physical representation of the annual company theme) is voted on by the entire company based on team-submitted nominations read at our monthly company meetings.

Who wins the traveling trophy most often?

Someone on the support team - production managers, sales assistants, bookkeeping experts, marketing support, graphic designers and operations folks.
